My grandparents’ children lived here, and my brother, cousins and I spent part of our childhood here. I remember this house with the eyes of a child: it seemed to be an immense place where we spent all our time playing games in all the rooms, running around the garden and finding secret hiding places.

Today I wanted to recreate that cosy and intimate atmosphere, and turn my grandparents’ house into something special. Frími is not just a B&B, it’s a home to be lived in.

Its name is an invitation to experience freedom: freedom to choose the room that suits you best, to feel at home away from home, to relax in the living room with an herbal tea, to read on the chaise longue or to toast your experience with a nice drink.
